(a)   Travel trailers or camping trailers may be parked in a mobile home or camper park. However, no camping trailer shall be used for permanent or semi-permanent residential purposes. Nothing in this article shall prohibit the use of pickup campers or other such equipment from also utilizing an approved camper park.

(b)   Camping trailers may be stored in private garages or on the side or rear yards of private homes, business or industrial areas, but no trailers so stored shall be used for residential purposes.

(c)   Hauling trailers may be stored or rented on property zoned Industrial or C-2 Commercial. Hauling trailers, customarily towed behind passenger cars, also may be kept or stored in private garages or on the side or rear yard of private homes.

(d)   Hauling trailers (semi-van type) used for the purpose of storage only, shall be permitted on property zoned C-2 General Commercial District, or 1-2 Medium Industrial District. They shall meet all building code requirements for property line setback requirements, and distances from adjacent structures. All such trailers shall be well maintained, free from holes, cracks, etc. Tires shall be kept to proper inflation.
